We believe that quality cannot be achieved
merely by proofreading a document. It is rather a product of the field
knowledge of the translator apart from his command over the source and the
target language. For this reason, in-house seminars are organized at regular
intervals to expose translators to the latest developments. Experienced
professionals from various fields we work in preside over these seminars,
giving talks and answering queries. A weekly reading group sees each translator
contributing by reading out a news article related to fields that concern us
while translating. This helps us learn and understand field-specific concepts
and vocabulary better. Last and the most important aspect is that all
translated documents are proofread twice - first by a native speaker of the
target language and then by a field expert. This entire effort makes our
translations read more like originals!

CAT tools form the backbone of our quality process.
We use the latest Computer Aided Translation (CAT) Tools like
TRADOS 5.5, 5 and 3 and a variety of physical and
computer-aided dictionaries. Our translators have
valuable experience using Translator’s Workbench, Tag Editor, T-Window and
S-Tagger and are comfortable working on Windows XP and in Office
XP (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), iLeap,
Frame Maker and CorelDraw. For bulk jobs, we are open to
the idea of investing in any particular dictionary or software not available
with us but essential to the project from your point of view.

We let our translations speak for us. We
encourage free and no obligation test translations of around 250 words. And
yes, if your text is smaller, it means you pay nothing even for a job! The test
translation gives you an idea of the level of translation quality, accuracy and
speed you stand to get when working with us. On our part, it becomes a quality
benchmark for the rest of the project
